titleOfInvention Crude polysaccharide extract of mokara root and application
abstract The invention discloses a crude polysaccharide extract of a mokara root, which is obtained by the following steps: placing the mokara root in distilled water, extracting for 1-2h under the condition of ultrasound at the temperature of 50-60 DEG C, filtering, filtering residue, extracting for twice, and blending the filtrate for three times; carrying out pressure-reducing concentration to the filtrate, adding ethanol solution to the concentrated solution until ethanol in the mixed solution accounts for 80% by volume, fully and evenly mixing, and refrigerating for 12-24h at the temperature of 4 DEG C; removing supernatant of the refrigerated mixture, precipitating, taking a precipitate after centrifugation, adding distilled water to perform dissolution, standing, taking the supernatant after centrifugation, adding ethanol solution, taking the precipitate after centrifugation, adding distilled water to perform dissolution, adding absolute ethanol, taking the supernatant after centrifugation, and obtaining the crude polysaccharide extract after freeze drying. The crude polysaccharide extract of the mokara root is all natural plant polysaccharide, and not only has the excellent moisture-preserving and moisture-absorbing performance, but also meets the requirements of users in the aspects of safety and environmental protection.
