The transgenic plant is characterized in that 1) The content of the fatty acid in the transgenic plant is higher than that of the target plant; and an experiment proves that a transcription factor NF-YAI for adjusting and controlling the metabolism of the fatty acid in the plant and a coding gene thereof are introduced into an arabidopsis thaliana Columbia ecotype to obtain the transgenic plant and discovers that the transcription factor can be used for adjusting and controlling the metabolism of the fatty acid in the plant. |
