The sol has easily adjustable composition, stable performance and good film forming property, the yttrium barium copper oxygen superconductive film can be easily prepared using the sol, and the heat treatment cycle is short and the process repeatability is high. In addition, the solution avoids the introduction of amine group, so as not only to avoid the loss of copper in the heat treatment, but also to avoid the problem that the film is easy to craze.
