titleOfInvention Post-tensioning prestressed concrete porelike grouting agent and preparation method thereof, and grouting material
abstract The invention belongs to the technical field of building materials, and particularly discloses a post-tensioning prestressed concrete porelike grouting agent and a preparation method thereof, and a grouting material. The grouting agent comprises the following components in percentage by weight: 65 to 85 percent of a mineral admixture, 2 to 10 percent of a water reducing agent, 3 to 20 percent of an expanding agent, 0.2 to 0.6 percent of an antisettling agent, 0.4 to 1.5 percent of an antifoaming agent, 0.1 to 5 percent of a retarder and 0.1 to 5 percent of a corrosion inhibitor, wherein the alkalinity of the expanding agent is less than 0.5 percent, and the chloridion content of the expanding agent is less than 0.03 percent. The grouting material is prepared by mixing the grouting agent, the cement and the water and uniformly stirring. The post-tensioning prestressed concrete porelike grouting agent has the characteristics of low water-binder ratio, high flowability, zero water leakage, low expandability, high pumpability, large formula adjustment degree of freedom and simple operation, and cannot be layered. Particularly, the post-tensioning prestressed concrete porelike grouting agent totally meets the requirement of the road, bridge and culvert construction technical standard (JTG/TF50-2011), and is particularly suitable for porelike grouting for roads, bridges and culverts.
