abstract The invention discloses device and method for co-production of cement and cement kiln dust by using potassium feldspar. The device and the method achieve co-production of cement and cement kiln dust by preparing cement raw meal containing potassium feldspar instead of clay, adopting a novel dry-method cement rotary kiln, utilizing the bypass exhaust technique and installing a high-efficiency recovery device, and achieve large-scale production of cement kiln dust. The device and the method greatly increase the work efficiency and comprehensive utilization efficiency, save energy resources, protect the environment and reduce the production cost. The device for co-production of cement and cement kiln dust by using potassium feldspar comprises a kiln tail smoke chamber, a cement kiln, a tertiary air pipe, a cooling machine, a mixing chamber, a cooling tower, first conveying equipment, a dust collector, second conveying equipment, an exhaust fan and a cold air fan, wherein the kiln tail smoke chamber is arranged on one side of a cement kiln, the cooling machine is arranged on the other side of the cement kiln, the tertiary air pipe is arranged between the upper side of the cooling machine and one side of the kiln tail smoke chamber, and the mixing chamber is arranged on the other side of the kiln tail smoke chamber.
