titleOfInvention Comprehensive treatment method for livestock dirt and integrated treatment device for livestock dirt wastewater
abstract The invention discloses a comprehensive treatment method for livestock dirt. The method comprises the following steps of: a, collecting solid manure and liquid manure of pigs in an anaerobic tank for anaerobic treatment; b, feeding the solid manure and the liquid manure which are subjected to anaerobic treatment into an aeration tank for aerobic treatment; and c, settling the solid manure and the liquid manure which are subjected to aerobic treatment, and performing slag-liquid separation. The solid manure and the liquid manure of the pigs are collected and settled in the anaerobic tank, are subjected to anaerobic treatment and aerobic treatment, and then are completely purified through electrolysis treatment, so that the content of chemical oxygen demand determined by a potassium dichromate method (CODcr), biochemical oxygen demand (BOD5) and suspended solids (SS) in the liquid manure can be greatly reduced; and meanwhile, the electrolytic reaction can eliminate heavy metal ions in the liquid manure and can further improve the purification effect of the liquid manure, so that the ecological pollution caused by heavy metal substances when the liquid manure is discharged or recycled after being purified is avoided.
