titleOfInvention | Pretreatment method of copper insert of storage battery terminal |
abstract | The invention discloses a pretreatment method of a copper insert of a storage battery terminal. The pretreatment method comprises a treatment of dipping in a soldering flux and a liquid metal presoaking treatment, wherein the treatment of dipping in the soldering flux is performed by dipping the part to be cast of the copper insert in the soldering flux; and the liquid metal presoaking treatment is performed by soaking the copper insert dipped with the soldering flux in molten metal liquid of tin or terne metal. The pretreatment method of the copper insert of the storage battery terminal, disclosed by the invention, is simple to operate, and the copper insert is firmly bonded with a lead alloy; and a good fusion connection interface without gaps is arranged between the copper insert and the lead alloy in the storage battery terminal. According to the pretreatment method of the copper insert of the storage battery terminal, disclosed by the invention, the contact capability and the bonding strength between the copper insert and the lead alloy are improved, and the copper insert is less prone to flaking off; and the effective sectional area of current circulation is ensured, and the scrappage of a storage battery caused by the flaking-off phenomenon of the copper insert is simultaneously reduced. |
