The invention relates to a nano-carbon material-supported catalyst, comprising: a nano-carbon material, and a polymer grafted on the nano-carbon material, wherein the polymer has a repeating unit containing phosphorus salt and its number-average molecular weight is between 1,000 and 200,000 . The present invention also includes a method for producing carbonate, comprising applying the nano-carbon material-supported catalyst to the cycloaddition reaction of epoxy compound and carbon dioxide to form carbonate. |
