abstract | The invention relates to an acridid health-care food which is manufactured mainly from the following components: locusta migratoria manilensis 76-85, walnut meat powder 10-20, medlar 3-5, cistanche, quail meat or edible silkworm chrysalis 3-5, foeniculum vulgare or mussel 2-3. The preparation method comprises the following steps of: (1). carrying out quick freezing on artificially bred locusta migratoria manilensis, thawing the locusta migratoria manilensis for 2-2.5 hours, removing impurities through selection, and washing the locusta migratoria manilensis with the impurities removed; (2). pouring the locusta migratoria manilensis, the medlar, one of the cistanche, quail meat and the edible silkworm chrysalis, one of the foeniculum vulgare and the mussel which have been well treated in proportion into seasoning water formed by mixing white granulated sugar, edible salt, cooking wine, honey, monosodium glutamate and drinking water, boiling for 10-15 minutes under soft fire, steeping for 2-2.5 hours, fishing out, wrapping with the walnut meat powder and frying the wrapping powder, and removing redundant powder; (3). frying the acridid wrapped with paste with 160-180 DEG C blend shortening for 30-60 seconds, and then frying the acridid wrapped with paste with 130-150 DEG C blend shortening for 5-7 minutes, fishing out the acridid and draining oil; and deoiling the fried acrided wrapped with paste by a deoiling machine for 2-2.5 minutes. The acridid health-care food is reasonable in component constitution, is easy to manufacture, and has an obvious effect. |
