titleOfInvention | Method for composite coating of wind generating set brake disc |
abstract | The present invention relates to a method for the composite coating of a wind generating set brake disc, and solves the problems of single coating, poor anticorrosion effect, and short service life existing in current surface treatment technologies of wind generating set brake discs. The method comprises: first conducting cleaning and sandblasting treatments on the surface, except the brake friction surfaces, of a brake disc so as to make the brake disc have a clean surface; then carrying out zinc spraying treatment on tower tube flange butt contact surfaces so as to endow the flange connecting the tower tubes with lightning protection and grounding functions under the premise of corrosion resistance; then spraying a primary coat, an intermediate coat, and a finishing coat on the outer lateral wall of the brake disc so as to meet the corrosion prevention, ageing resistance and other demands of the brake disc in a complex natural environment; and finally spraying a primary coat and an intermediate coat on engine flange butt contact surfaces so as to provide anticorrosion protection and shielding effect. The composite coating obtained by the method of the invention has the advantages of high elasticity, high wear resistance, high weatherability, as well as good adhesion and medium resistance, etc. |
