abstract The invention discloses a cell gas poisoning apparatus comprising a cell poisoning cavity. A gas inlet of the cell poisoning cavity is connected to a gas mixing apparatus. A gas inlet of the gas mixing apparatus is connected to a gas outlet of a gas mixing apparatus. The cell poisoning cavity is connected to a gas discharging apparatus through a first gas outlet. A liquid inlet of the cell poisoning cavity is connected to a culture solution atomization supplying apparatus. The cell gas poisoning apparatus also comprises a temperature maintaining apparatus used for providing a constant-temperature poisoning environment for the cell poisoning cavity, and a controlling apparatus used for controlling a cell poisoning cavity temperature apparatus. According to the invention, under the controlling of the cell poisoning cavity temperature apparatus and the effect of the temperature maintaining apparatus, when the cell poisoning cavity reaches a preset temperature, living cells are placed in the cell poisoning cavity; oxygen from an oxygen generation apparatus and poisonous gas produced by a smoking machine are mixed in the gas mixing apparatus, wherein the oxygen satisfies a preset concentration requirement; the mixed gas is delivered to the cell poinsoning cavity through the first gas outlet, such that cell poisoning upon the living cells in the cell poisoning cavity is realized.
