titleOfInvention Method for preparing ethanol-soluble laminating adhesive
abstract The invention discloses a method for preparing an ethanol-soluble laminating adhesive. The ethanol-soluble laminating adhesive does not contain toxic solvents such as toluene and the like, and ethanol is used as a solvent of the laminating adhesive. The laminating adhesive mainly comprises butyl acrylate, acrylamide, vinyl acetate, copolymer of methyl methacrylate and acrylic acid, ethanol solvent, initiator, tackifying resin and plasticizer. The preparation method mainly comprises the following steps of: polymerizing monomers under the action of the ethanol solvent and the initiator at the temperature of between 70 and 80 DEG C by adopting the free radical solution copolymerization principle, using dibenzoyl peroxide as the initiator and using ethanol as the solvent to obtain a polymer solution of which average molecular weight is below 10 thousand, wherein the conversion rate of the monomers is over 95 percent, and the polymer solution has certain viscosity; adding rosin for increasing the viscosity and the bonding strength after the polymerization is finished; and adding the tackifying resin and dibutyl phthalate serving as the plasticizer, and thus obtaining the single-component laminating adhesive with high solid content, low viscosity and excellent laminating effect.
