abstract The invention relates to a two-component polyurethane grouting material for repair and maintenance of a road and a preparation method thereof. The two-component polyurethane grouting material is formed by mixing a component A with a component B through foaming expansion. The component A comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 800 to 900 parts of polyether glycol, 50 to 150 partsof cross linking agent, 10 to 30 parts of foaming agent, 10 to 30 parts of foam stabilizer, and 10 to 40 parts of catalyst. The component B comprises 500 to 1,000 parts by weight of poly methylene polyphenyl isocyanate. The two-component polyurethane grouting material has the advantages that the two-component polyurethane grouting material is used as a road maintenance material, also has low viscosity which meets the grouting requirement at a temperature of below zero, can effectively penetrate the inside of cracks of a foundation and can be cured in 1 to 10 minutes at normal temperature; thecuring time of the two-component polyurethane grouting material can be regulated by the type of the catalyst and the addition amount; the construction efficiency is improved; and the problem that when the road is repaired, the traffic needs to be blocked for a long time is solved.
