titleOfInvention High-elasticity polyvinyl butyral as well as synthetic method and application thereof
abstract The invention belongs to the field of preparation of high molecular materials and discloses high-elasticity polyvinyl butyral as well as a synthetic method and an application thereof. The polyvinyl butyral is prepared by carrying out condensation reaction on polyvinyl alcohol PVA (Polyvinyl Acetate) 1788 with butyraldehyde under the catalysis of hydrochloric acid. The synthetic method comprises the following steps of: after the PVA1788 is dissolved in water, adding the butyraldehyde and uniformly mixing, agitating and reacting for 5-8 hours at the constant temperature after the hydrochloric acid is dripped, raising the temperature to 45-55 DEG C to continuously agitate and react for 4-6 hours, cooling a reactant to the room temperature, washing after the reactant is filtered, washing to the neutrality after the filtered reactant is soaked with sodium hydroxide solution and drying to obtain the polyvinyl butyral. Compared with a traditional PVB (Polyvinyl Butyral) membrane and an EVA (Ethylene Vinyl Acetate) membrane, the elasticity, the impact resistance, the sound insulation effect, the heat resistance, the radiation resistance and other performances of a PVB membrane prepared by the polyvinyl butyral are remarkably improved, and the comprehensive performance is excellent. The polyvinyl butyral can be used for preparing building safety glass, automotive front windshields and solar energy battery panel interlayer films.
