abstract | The invention discloses a production method of gossypol-acetic acid without aniline residue. The method comprises: cottonseed screening, cottonseed delinting, cottonseed crushing, washing, first alcohol extraction, second alcohol extraction, first concentration, and second concentration; adding of glacial acetic acid for first crystallization, and centrifugal filtration, thus obtaining coarse gossypol; vacuum drying of the coarse gossypol, full dissolution with acetone, repeated filtration by filter paper, adding of glacial acetic acid for second crystallization, and vacuum drying. The method of the invention takes cottonseeds as raw materials and obtains a gossypol-acetic acid product with purity over 97%, and the product yield is increased from 0.03% to 0.1%, so that the yield of gossypol is enhanced. |
