The device is characterized in that: the 1,4-dichlorobutane recovery tower and the 5-chlorovaleronitrile rectifying tower are arranged between the cyaniding reaction kettle and the hydrolysis reaction kettle, so that the continuous separation of 1,4-dichlorobutane, 5-chlorovaleronitrile and adiponitrile is realized.
