titleOfInvention | Daily ceramic glaze and preparation method thereof |
abstract | The invention discloses a daily ceramic glaze and a preparation method of the daily ceramic glaze. The daily ceramic glaze is composed of the following components in percentage by weight: 36-38% of potassium feldspar, 10-12% of kaolin, 4.5-5.5% of barium carbonate, 1.2-1.4% of lanthanum carbonate, 1.6-1.8% of lithium carbonate, 4-6% of zinc oxide, 0.6-0.8% of cerium dioxide, 0.6-0.8% of yttrium oxide, 1.5-2% of strontium carbonate, and 33-35% of quartz. The preparation method of the daily ceramic glaze comprises the steps of: mixing and crushing the raw materials of the daily ceramic glaze according to the formula ratio, and carrying out wet ball milling to obtain glaze slurry; and removing iron, screening and aging. The daily ceramic glaze contains multiple rare earth metal oxides, which generate synergism with each other, thus the luster of the daily ceramic glaze is improved, the glaze surface is smooth, and the daily ceramic glaze has good hardness, rupture strength and fracture toughness. |
