titleOfInvention Chemical foaming cement fireproofing heat-preservation structure and preparation method thereof
abstract The invention discloses a chemical foaming cement fireproofing heat-preservation structure, which is characterized in that the structure is an insulating layer formed by enabling chemical foaming composition to be poured on a wall face of buildings. Components of the chemical foaming composition comprises 120-180 parts of sulphoaluminate cement, 50-60 parts of coal ash, 7.5-12 parts of hydrogen peroxide, 0.8-1.3 parts of ethenyl ethanoate grease-ethylene copolymer emulsion, 0.5-4 parts of water reducer, 0.3-0.8 parts of polypropylene staple fiber, 3-7 parts of calcium stearate and 28-36 parts of water by weights. The chemical foaming cement fireproofing heat-preservation structure and the preparation method can effectively lowers cost, improve efficiency, reduce labor intensity, avoid a cold and hot bridge formed by pasting the heat-preservation structure and avoid blank drum cracking caused by construction and material faults. The chemical foaming cement fireproofing heat-preservation structure and the preparation method can be widely used in roofs and wall bodies of the buildings, and can well guarantee combustibility, thermal insulation property, water resistance and safety performance of the heat-preservation structure of the wall bodies.
