titleOfInvention Non-ionic surfactant compound for improving emulsion viscosity and preparation method
abstract The invention relates to a non-ionic surfactant compound for improving emulsion viscosity and increasing emulsion stability. The compound is formed by compounding a non-ionic polyoxyethylene macromolecular surfactant and a non-ionic small molecular surfactant, wherein the non-ionic polyoxyethylene series macromolecular surfactant is 1-20 percent by weight; the content of the non-ionic polyoxyethylene series macromolecular surfactant is 1-20 percent by weight, the content of non-ionic small molecular surfactant is 1-20 percent by weight; 1-40 percent by weight of oil is used as an oil phase; 50-90 percent by weight of de-ionized water is used as a water phase; the water phase is added into the oil phase; and heating and emulsification are performed to prepare the non-ionic surfactant compound. In the invention, the viscosity of an emulsion system can be improved by two to three orders of magnitude; and the compound has the advantages of high stability, low cost and the like and is suitable for preparing a cream base material.
