titleOfInvention Method for simultaneously removing submicron particles and nitrogen oxides (NOx) in coal-fired flue gas
abstract The invention relates to a method for simultaneously removing submicron particles and nitrogen oxides (NOx) in coal-fired flue gas, which comprises steps of enabling the coal-fired flue gas to pass through a preheater and a dust remover and then enter a semiconductor control rectifier (SCR) reactor, removing superfine particles below PM1.0 in the coal-fired flue gas after the coal-fired flue gas passes through a first layer of a reaction material of the SCR reactor, and enabling the coal-fired flue gas to continuously contact with a second layer of the reaction material of the SCR reactor for removing the NOx in the coal-fired flue gas in the presence of NH3. The first layer of the reaction material of the SCR reactor is polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) and propene polymer (PP) composite filter electret layer. The second layer of the reaction material of the SCR reactor is a catalyst layer, wherein an active ingredient of the catalyst layer is cerium dioxide (CeO2), a promoter is precious metal rhodium, and a load body is a synthetic fiber made from polysulfonamidefibre (PSA) and a glass fiber through a non-weaving process. A third layer of the reaction material of the SCR reactor is a base fabric layer. The method can simultaneously remove the submicron particles and the NOx in the coal-fired flue gas, is fast and efficient, greatly reduces operation cost, and has remarkable environment benefits.
