abstract | The invention discloses a condutcive polymer composite nanofiber resistive-type humidity sensor, which has a ceramic matrix. The surface of the ceramic matrix is provided with a plurality of pairs of crossed-finger gold electrodes through photoetching and evaporation; the crossed-finger gold electrodes are connected with leads; and the surfaces of the ceramic matrix and the crossed-finger gold electrodes are deposited with a humidity sensitive nanofiber film which is a complex prepared from polystyrolsulfon acid doped polyaniline, polyoxyethylene and polyvinyl butyral in a mass ratio of (10-40):(3-20):(20-50). An electrostatic spinning method is adopted for preparing the conductive polymer composite nanofiber resistive-type humidity sensor, and is simple and feasible. The conductive polymer composite nanofiber resistive-type humidity sensor has high response speed, small hysteresis and high sensitivity, and can be widely applied to detection and control of environment humidity in industrial and agricultural production, storage, weather and daily life. |
