titleOfInvention Aluminum plate for radiating substrate and treatment method thereof
abstract The invention provides an aluminum plate for a radiating substrate and a treatment method thereof. The treatment method comprises the following steps: step 1, providing an aluminum plate; step 2, performing pretreatment on the aluminum plate; step 3, performing anodic oxidation treatment: oxidizing the aluminum plate subjected to the pretreatment in a sulfuric acid solution with concentration of 15-30% under a condition that the AC (alternating current) density is 1.0-2.5A/dm<2> for 5-30 minutes; step 4, performing coupling agent treatment: dissolving the coupling agent in a solvent to form a coupling agent treatment liquid with concentration of 0.1-5%; and treating the aluminum plate subjected to the anodic oxidation treatment in a soaking, spray coating or roll coating way; and step 5, drying to obtain the treated aluminum plate. According to the treatment method of the aluminum plate for the radiating substrate, the aluminum plate is subjected to a series of treatments and then used for pressing a radiating substrate; and the performances of the radiating substrate, such as thermal conductivity, cohesiveness, heat resistance and breakdown voltage resistance, can be improved.
