titleOfInvention | High-stability formaldehyde eliminating clean composition and preparation method thereof |
abstract | The invention discloses a high-stability formaldehyde eliminating clean composition and a preparation method of the high-stability formaldehyde eliminating clean composition. The clean composition comprises decontamination ingredients and hydrazide covering particles, wherein the hydrazide covering particles account for 20 to 55 percent of the total weight of the composition and comprise the following ingredients in parts by weight: 5 to 30 parts of hydrazide compounds, 0.5 to 5 parts of nonionic surfactants, 0.2 to 3 parts of bonding agents and 62 to 94 parts of mirabilite. The preparation method of the clean composition comprises the following steps that the hydrazide compounds are covered and are mixed with spray dried and formed base powder with decontamination activity, and the high-stability formaldehyde eliminating clean composition is obtained. The formaldehyde eliminating rate of the clean composition can reach 85 to 90 percent, the appearance and the odor of the powder body are not changed after the powder body stands for a year in a greenhouse, and in addition, the formaldehyde eliminating rate is also not changed. Through the covering treatment, the stability of the hydrazide compounds on high temperature, acid and base is improved, and the formaldehyde eliminating effect is ensured. |
