titleOfInvention | Sealant film for crystalline silicon solar cell |
abstract | The invention discloses a sealant film for a crystalline silicon solar cell. The sealant film comprises the following components in parts by weight: 100 parts of ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer, 0.1-3 parts of organic peroxide crosslinking agent, 0.1-3 parts of crosslinking accelerator, 0.05-2 parts of anti-aging agent and 0.2-5 parts of epoxy compound, wherein the epoxy compound is a mixture of a dual-epoxy group compound and a multi-epoxy group compound; and the weight ratio of the dual-epoxy group compound to the multi-epoxy group compound is 1:(0.3-5). The sealant film disclosed by the invention can keep the hydrolysis stability in high-temperature environment for a long time; after high-temperature and high-moisture ageing, the yellow index of the crystalline silicon solar cell component encapsulated by the sealant film is less than 2; and the peeling strength retention rate between glass and a back film is greater than 80%, and the conversion efficiency loss rate is low. |
