abstract | The invention relates to a preparation method of organic molecule insertion type natural fiber composite plastics. The method comprises the following steps that: (1) the natural fiber is peeled for forming a laminated hollow structure, and then, the crushing treatment is carried out until the materials are 60 to 80 meshes; (2) the natural fiber is treated by 1 to 5-percent silane ethanol solution, then, the secondary treatment is carried out by 3 to 15-percent elastic body/plasticizer solution, drying is carried out, and the molecule insertion type natural fiber is obtained; and (3) the obtained organic molecule insertion type natural fiber is blended with resin, lubricating agents, compatilizers and filling materials, pressing or extrusion is carried out, the continuous production is carried out, and the organic molecule insertion type natural fiber composite plastics are obtained. The method has the advantages that the mechanical property of the composite materials is obviously improved, and the wood and plastic use range is widened. |
