titleOfInvention | Fluorescent probe for detecting copper ions and preparation method thereof |
abstract | The invention relates to a fluorescent probe for detecting copper ions and a preparation method of the fluorescent probe and relates to the fluorescent probe. The fluorescent probe is a covalent combining body of dansyl and quenching agents with a fluorescent quenching function. 4-[4-(dimethyl amino) benzene azo] methyl benzoate is firstly prepared, then, 4-[4-(dimethyl amino) benzene azo] benzoyl ethylenediamine is prepared, next, 4-[4-(dimethyl amino) benzene azo] benzoyl quadrol isothiocyanate is prepared, and finally, the fluorescent probe for detecting copper ions is prepared. The fluorescent probe for detecting copper ions is applied to the fluorescent detection of the copper ions in water solution under the neutral condition. The strokes displacement of the probe is great, the scattered light interference is little, and the signal-to-noise ratio is high. The probe has the characteristic of high anti-jamming capability in coexistence systems of copper ions and other various metal ions, the selectivity is high, and higher water-phase copper ion detection sensitivity is realized. |
