The compound has the structure of general formula I, with ( E )-3-(substituted phenyl)-2-(hydroxyimino) -N- (2-mercaptoethyl)propionamide, 5(6)-mercapto - N -phenylpenta(hexa)amide, 2-(5(6)-mercappenta(hexa)yl) -N , N' -bis((substituted)phenyl)malonamide, N - ethoxyoxalyl (tert-butoxycarbonyl) -2- mercaptoethylamine, etc. are prepared as intermediates. The invention provides a class of latent histone deacetylase inhibitors, which are used in the preparation of diseases related to the abnormal expression of histone deacetylase activity, and in the preparation of drugs for treating and/or preventing cancer .
