The inventive fertilizer has low cost, and convenient storage and transportation, provides a fertilizer source for saline-alkali arid areas in northwestern China such as Xinjiang, is adapted to spray drip irrigation systems in the saline-alkali arid areas, and can amend the alkaline soil. The preparation method comprises mixing monoammonium phosphate 50-95 weight parts, urea sulfate 5-50 weight parts and water to obtain slurry, and then performing spray drying, cooling, and sieving. The prepared fertilizer has low moisture absorption, and employs urea sulfate, which is a nitrogen and sulfur compound fertilizer with strong moisture absorption, in the fertilizer field. The method has simple process, low cost and convenient operation, and can realize large-scale industrial continuous production.
