abstract | The invention discloses a device for treating ammonia nitrogen wastewater, recycling ammonia and preparing ammonium sulfate. The device comprises a reaction stripping tower, a steam boost heat pump, an absorption liquid circulating pump, a raw material preheating heat exchanger and a soft water preheating heat exchanger, wherein the reaction stripping tower is divided into a stripping section anda reaction section; an ammonia nitrogen wastewater feed port and an absorption liquid discharge port are formed in the middle of the reaction stripping tower; a purified water discharge port and a steam feed port are formed at the bottom of the reaction stripping tower; an absorption liquid feed port is formed at a position close to the top of the tower; and a secondary steam discharge port is formed on the top of the tower. The invention also discloses a method for treating the ammonia nitrogen wastewater, recycling the ammonia and preparing the ammonium sulfate by using the device. By the method and the device, the energy-saving effect is good, heat loss is low, waste heat recycled through heat exchange is fully utilized, investment cost is low, and the ammonia nitrogen wastewater can be effectively treated. |
