titleOfInvention | Three-layer composite preservative film and preparation method thereof |
abstract | The invention provides a three-layer composite preservative film and a preparation method thereof, relates to a preservative film or a preservative bag. The three-layer composite preservative film has an antibacterial action and can be used for keeping fruits and vegetables fresh and prolonging a quality guarantee period, and the cost of the preservative film is reduced greatly. The three-layer composite preservative film comprises an inner layer, a middle layer and an outer layer, wherein the outer layer is made of linear low-density polyethylene, low-density polyethylene and degradable plastic, the middle layer is made of high-density polyethylene, degradable plastic and linear polyethylene and the inner layer is made of mustard oil containing plastic, polypropylene and degradable plastic. According to the preparation method of the preservative film, the inner layer is prepared firstly; and then a three-layer co-extrusion rotary machine head film flowing unit is adopted for processing the three-layer composite preservative film through the steps of respectively charging raw materials in an outer-layer co-extrusion machine head, a middle-layer co-extrusion machine head and an inner-layer co-extrusion machine head, then setting co-extrusion temperature and controlling co-extrusion speed. |
