abstract | The invention discloses a nano composite laminated film based on TiO2, which comprises oxide film layers and titanium dioxide film layers, wherein the oxide film layers and the titanium dioxide film layers are alternately overlaid with each other. Oxides in the oxide film layers are SiO2, VO2, Fe2O3, CeO2 or Ag2O. Further a preparation method of the nano composite laminated film based on the TiO2is disclosed, the preparation method is simple and easy to operate, low in cost and easy in mass production. A nano composite laminated film structure is different from an existing titanium dioxide film and has excellent photocatalysis performance, and other properties such as photocatalytic self-cleaning and super-hydrophilicity of the nano composite laminated film are improved because of different oxides. |
