abstract The invention discloses a matte involucra coating adhesive for textile and a preparation method thereof. The matte involucra coating adhesive for textile is prepared from the following components in parts by weight: 2-2.5 parts of fatty alcohol-polyoxyethylene ether, 1.5-2 parts of sodium dodecyl sulfate, 100-105 parts of ethyl acrylate, 25-30 parts of iso-octyl methacrylate, 1.5-2 parts of 2-hydroxyethyl methacrylate, 3.5-4 parts of N-hydroxymethyl acrylamide, 1.5-2 parts of triethylene glycol dimethacrylate, 30-34 parts of styrene, 4-4.5 parts of acrylic acid, 0.4-0.5 part of ammonium persulfate, 0.4-0.5 part of sodium hydrosulfite, 270-340 parts of deionized water and a proper amount of ammonia water with weight percentage concentration of 20-22% by the steps of synthesizing into emulsion by pre-emulsification and initiated polymerization, and then adding 7-12 parts of thickener, 0.2-1.0 part of wetting dispersant and 10-50 parts of delustering agent. The product has mild gloss, soft handfeel, strong involucra feel and excellent firmness.
