titleOfInvention Method and device for producing hydrogen and methane through fermentation of residual sludge
abstract The invention discloses a method and device for producing hydrogen and methane through fermentation of residual sludge. Existing reactors for sludge fermentation are usually stirred airtight reactors, which make use of external power to stir and mix reactor sludge and have large power consumption. The device involved in the method of the invention specifically comprises: a sludge conveying pipe, a first conveying pump, a second conveying pump, a first valve, a second valve, a third valve, a fourth valve, a sludge preprocessor, a sludge inlet, an internal circulation anaerobic reactor, a first stage three-phase separator, a second stage three-phase separator, an outflow channel, a gas-liquid separator, a sludge discharge port, and a temperature control system. The method consists of: first conducting pretreatment to residual sludge, then blending residual sludge with the pretreated sludge into mixed sludge, and carrying out combined fermentation. The method of the invention takes the residual sludge of a sedimentation tank as a reaction matrix. With water content up to over 99% and good fluidity, the residual sludge of a sedimentation tank is difficult to block pipelines, needs no sorting, mixing and other pretreatment, and is simple to operate.
