abstract The invention relates to a preparation method of an environment-friendly hydrophobic polyurethane grouting material, belonging to polyurethane compositions. The environment-friendly hydrophobic polyurethane grouting material is made from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 100 parts of polyurethane prepolymer, 1-6 parts of high-boiling-point solvent, 0.001-0.004 parts of retarder, 1-5 parts of surfactant, 0.1-3 parts of catalyst and 10-30 parts of plasticizing agent. The invention provides the preparation method of the environment-friendly hydrophobic polyurethane grouting material which does not contain combustible, explosive, poisonous solvents and still has excellent technical indicators, such as service performance in grouting and bonding strength. The accidents of combustion, explosion and poisoning are avoided. The environment-friendly hydrophobic polyurethane grouting material is safe in use, is beneficial to the health of operating personnel and environmental protection, and is applicable to the construction of railways, highway tunnels, bridge constructions, and ports and docks, hydraulic power facilities, exploitation of mineral resources, embankment supporting projects, waterproofing treatment for the original construction of underground and underwater construction projects, and the normal maintenance and reinforcement and the fault repair treatment on water leakage and permeability for the on-service underground and underwater construction projects.
