titleOfInvention Polygonatum odoratum deep processing and comprehensive utilization process
abstract The invention discloses a polygonatum odoratum deep processing and comprehensive utilization process, which comprises: crushing polygonatum odoratum, subjecting the polygonatum odoratum to leaching twice, performing plate pressure filtration of leaching solution, finely filtering the filtrate by kieselguhr, performing absorption by a macroporous adsorption resin and obtaining liquid; subjecting the polygonatum odoratum polysaccharide concentrated solution to ultrafiltration by a 20 to 50-nanometer inorganic ceramic membrane for 3 to 5 hours at 45 to 70 DEG C and under a feeding pressure PC of 0.1 to 0.5MPa; subjecting the concentrated polygonatum odoratum polysaccharide to further evaporation concentration by 2.5 to 3 times in a scraper type double-effect evaporator, wherein the mass content of the polygonatum odoratum polysaccharide in the polygonatum odoratum polysaccharide concentrate is 5 to 9 percent; and subjecting the polygonatum odoratum polysaccharide concentrate to centrifugal spray drying under conditions of an air inlet temperature of 140 to 170 DEG C and an air outlet temperature of 80 to 90 DEG C, and obtaining white powder of polygonatum odoratum polysaccharide. According to the process, the mixture of polygonatum odoratum polysaccharide, polygonatum odoratum coarse powder and polygonatum odoratum flavones is extracted from polygonatum odoratum, inorganic ceramic membrane ultrafiltration purification and spray drying are adopted in the extraction process of the polygonatum odoratum polysaccharide, and thus, the drawbacks of the conventional vacuum concentration and ethanol settling process are overcome. The yield of the polygonatum odoratum polysaccharide reaches 8.4 percent, and the purity of the polygonatum odoratum polysaccharide reaches 90 percent or above.
