abstract The invention discloses a combined type flexible clamp for vacuum brazing of a core body of a plate-fin type aluminum heat exchanger, belonging to the technical field of aluminum alloy welding. The combined type flexible clamp for assembling the core body of the plate-fin type aluminum heat exchanger before the vacuum brazing is characterized by comprising a bottom plate, pull rods, springs, grooved spring bearer plates, a grid frame, a cover plate and top sliding plates and being of a combined type detachable independent element structure, wherein the constituent elements of the clamp are combined according to the dimension of the core body, to be brazed, of the heat exchanger. The springs of the clamp are paired into groups and kept dynamically balanced through the grooved spring bearer plates and the pull rods, so as to fixedly position each constituent element of the core body of the heat exchanger and supply flexible pressure to the core body of the heat exchanger in a vacuum brazing process, so that the constituent elements in each group of the core body of the heat exchanger are coordinated in deformation, and the brazing requirement is met. According to the invention, a flexible pressing method and a combined type structure are adopted, and the clamp is simple structure, convenient to use, strong in reliability, low in cost, wide in applicable range, long in service life and good in economy.
