titleOfInvention | Low-temperature vibration thermal desorption device for contaminated soil and low-temperature vibration thermal desorption method for contaminated soil |
abstract | The invention discloses a low-temperature vibration thermal desorption device for contaminated soil and a low-temperature vibration thermal desorption method for the contaminated soil. The contaminated soil enters a vibration bed through a spiral conveying pipe, is propelled from a feeding port to a discharging port in a vibrating manner and is heated by hot air during propelling so that the temperature of the contaminated soil gradually rises. When the contaminated soil is positioned in the front of the vibration bed, a large amount of water and parts of volatile/semi-volatile organic pollutants in the contaminated soil volatilize, and are discharged from the front of the vibration bed into the atmosphere sequentially after the tertiary treatment of cyclone dust removal, bag dust removal and water-curtain dust removal and organic pollutant removal. When the contaminated soil reaches the rear of the vibration bed, residual water and a large number of volatile/semi-volatile organic pollutants in the contaminated soil volatilize, are discharged from the rear of the vibration bed, are led into a combustor after cyclone dust removal and bag dust removal and are decomposed at a high temperature in the combustor. When reaching the tail of the vibration bed, the contaminated soil is discharged from the discharging port of the vibration bed after being cooled by cold air. The low-temperature vibration thermal desorption method is applied to treating the contaminated soil, so that purifying effect can reach 80%-90%. |
