titleOfInvention Regeneration method for hydrogen sulfide desulfurizer
abstract The present invention relates to a regeneration method for a hydrogen sulfide desulfurizer. The method comprises the following steps: a, preparing an eluent, wherein the eluent adopts carbon disulfide as a main raw material, and adopts a liquid organic reagent as a diluent, and treatments of mixing and stirring are performed to prepare the eluent; b, adopting operation modes of soaking and leaching or adopting a soaking-leaching combined operation mode, and adopting the eluent to wash the waste porous desulfurizer; and c, carrying out treatments of vacuum suction filtration or filtration, and drying on the washed porous desulfurizer to obtain the regenerated porous desulfurizer. According to the method of the present invention, with the dissolution ability of the solvent on the part inside the porous desulfurizer, the materials causing inactivation of the porous desulfurizer are soaked and eluted, such that the performance of the active carbon desulfurizer is restored, wherein the part inside the porous desulfurizer causes desulfurization deactivation.
