titleOfInvention | Wheat TaCPK7 promoter and application thereof |
abstract | The invention provides a wheat hydrogen peroxide induction-type promoter TaCPK7 and application thereof. The promoter has the nucleotide sequence shown in SEQ ID NO.1. A recombinant expression vector is constructed by the promoter provided in the invention, and then tobaccos are transiently transformed with the expression vector by Agrobacterium-mediated transformation to promote expression of downstream recombinant genes in transformed cells. The promoter has the characteristics of H2O2 induced expression. The results of molecular biological analysis of expression pattern of the reporter gene GUS under the control of the fragment show that the wheat TaCPK7 promoter can obviously promote expression of the gene GUS in case of hydrogen peroxide treatment, and can be applied to solve the problem that the expression levels of some major genes are low in hydrogen peroxide-related disease/stress resistance induction process. |
