abstract The invention relates to an oligopeptide for dissolving thrombi and a preparation method and application thereof. The oligopeptide is shown in the general formula 6a-f, wherein in the formula, n is 8, 10, 12, 14, 16 or 18. Through animal experiments, the thrombus resisting activity of the oligopeptide for dissolving thrombi is evaluated, and the compound is proved to have a targeting property, a function of preventing new thrombus formation and a self-assembly property besides excellent thrombus dissolving activities. The general formula 6a-f is shown in the specification.
