titleOfInvention | Electrodialyzer with ultrasonic function |
abstract | The invention relates to an electrodialyzer with an ultrasonic function. According to the invention, the electrodialyzer comprises: a plate electrode (4), an ion-exchange membrane (6), a separating plate (5) and a direct-current constant voltage power supply (7). The plate electrode (4) comprises: a main body supporting material (4-1), an electrode material (4-2), a plate electrode medial-surface supporting net (4-3), and membrane pack liquid material inlet bolts (4-4). The separating plate (5) comprises a separating plate main body supporting material (5-1). The electrodialyzer is characterized in that: the electrodialyzer also comprises an ultrasonic wave generating system used for mixing electrodialysis liquid, such that pollution on the ion-exchange membrane is inhibited and retarded. The ultrasonic wave generating system comprises an ultrasonic wave generator (2) and an ultrasonic transducer (3). With an ultrasonic effect provided by the electrodialyzer of the invention, the influence of membrane pollution is reduced, and comprehensive energy consumption is reduced. |
