The present invention relates to compounds of formula I: The present invention provides compounds that inhibit, modulate and/or modulate PI3K and/or mTOR and are useful in the treatment of hyperproliferative diseases such as cancer in mammals. The present invention also provides methods for preparing the compounds, methods for using such compounds in mammals, especially humans, for the treatment of hyperproliferative diseases, and pharmaceutical compositions comprising such compounds.
