The present application discloses a lipid compound of general formula (I): R1-OC(R2)(R3)-X (I) or its pharmaceutically acceptable salt, solvate, solvate of said salt or its prodrug , wherein R 1 is C 10 -C 22 alkyl, C 10 -C 22 alkenyl with 1-6 double bonds, or C 10 -C 22 alkynyl with 1-6 triple bonds; R 2 and R 3 are the same or different and can be selected from different substituents; and X is a carboxylic acid group or a derivative thereof, such as carboxylic acid ester, carboxylic acid anhydride, phospholipid, triglyceride, or carboxamide. The disclosure of the present application also relates to pharmaceutical compositions and lipid compositions comprising at least one compound disclosed in the present application, and to the use of said compounds as medicine or in therapy, especially for the treatment of cardiovascular, Diseases related to the field of metabolic and inflammatory diseases. |
