In the formula (I), n is an integer between 1 and 100; R1, R2, R3 and R4 are H, C1-C32 alkyl, phenyl and alkylbenzene or alkoxybenzene containing one or more C1-C32 respectively; and M is a metallic ion. The metalloporphyrin-thienopyrazine organic semiconductor material provided in the invention, which has a wide light absorption range, allows the utilization rate to sunlight to be improved and has the advantages of good thermal stability and good environment stability. In addition, the preparation method of the material has the advantages of simple process, easy operation and easy control. |
