titleOfInvention Processing method for reducing loss of pharmaceutical ingredients in honeysuckle flower medicine
abstract The invention discloses a processing method for reducing loss of pharmaceutical ingredients in honeysuckle flower medicine, and belongs to the field of traditional Chinese medicinal material processing. The points of the processing method are as follows: picking honeysuckle flower, and raising the inside temperature of honeysuckle flower to 85-110 DEG C in a short time by adopting a quick heating method, thus inactivating enzymes contained in honeysuckle flower and preventing the pharmaceutical ingredients from being converted under the action of the enzymes in a drying process; and then drying honeysuckle flower within a shorter time by adopting a quick drying method. In the honeysuckle flower medicine processed by the method disclosed by the invention, the contents of main pharmaceutical ingredients namely chlorogenic acid and galuteolin are at least 50% and 30% higher than those in the honeysuckle flower medicine processed by a raw sunning method, respectively; and the processed honeysuckle flower medicine has verdure appearance and better quality.
