abstract The invention discloses a snow lotus culture composition for preventing and relieving arthritis. The composition comprises the following components in parts by weight: 2.5-7.5 parts of a snow lotus cell culture, 150-180 parts of cucumber seed powder, 90-180 parts of lettuce seed powder, 90-180 parts of celery seed powder and 1-1.5 parts of calcium sources calculated by calcium elements. In the composition, the snow lotus cell culture is taken as a main raw material, so that the problem of the lack of a wild or artificially-planted snow lotus resource is solved. The snow lotus cell culture does not contain colchicine which has side effects on a human body, and the composition is prepared from the snow lotus cell culture and various vegetable seeds, so that the singleness of the treatment of arthritis with commercially-available vegetable seed foods is eliminated; and moreover, various calcium sources are added for strengthening bones, so that arthritis can be prevented and clinical symptoms of arthritis can be relieved on the aspects of resisting inflammation, restoring cartilage tissues, strengthening skeletons and the like. As proved by experiments, the snow lotus culture composition has remarkable effects of preventing and relieving arthritis.
