abstract | The invention discloses a method for one-step preparation of super-tough polybutylene terephthalate. Raw materials used by the method comprise polybutylene terephthalate, an elastomer, a styrene monomer, a glycidyl methacrylate monomer, a crosslinking agent and an antioxidant, and the method comprises the following steps of: taking the styrene monomer and the glycidyl methacrylate monomer, mixing, adding the crosslinking agent, dissolving and then getting a mixed solution for later use; taking the polybutylene terephthalate, the elastomer and the antioxidant, uniformly mixing, adding into an equidirectional twin-screw extruder, then adding the mixed solution and extruding to get the super-tough polybutylene terephthalate. The prepared PBT (polybutylene terephthalate) composite material has excellent strength, toughness, flowability and the like; and furthermore, the method disclosed by the invention adopts one-step preparation, so that the process is simple, the processing cost is greatly reduced and the method is suitable for large-scale popularization and application. |
