abstract | The invention relates to a method for preparing furandimethanol dialkyl ether with sugar. Specifically, in the simultaneous presence of an acidic catalyst and a hydrogenation catalyst, the method adopts a one-step method to complete dehydration, hydrogenation and etherification of sugar so as to obtain a corresponding a furyl ether product. The method comprises: dissolving sugar with alcohol, then adding a hydrogenation catalyst and an acidic catalyst, and introducing hydrogen under a pressure of 0.1MPa-10MPa, conducting hydrogenation etherification reaction for 0.1-24h when the temperature reaches 40DEG C-200DEG C, thus obtaining furandimethanol dialkyl ether. The method of the invention selects cheap and easily available sugar as the raw material, and needs only one step reaction to convert sugar into furandimethanol dialkyl ether. The method provided in the invention has simple process, low energy consumption, and product easy to separate and purify, thus substantially reducing the production cost of furandimethanol dialkyl ether. |
