abstract | The invention discloses a purification method for urea. The method comprises the following steps: (1) allowing urine to pass through a first-stage crystallizer, a second-stage crystallizer and a third-stage crystallizer, removing crystals in temperature sections of the first-stage crystallizer and the second-stage crystallizer and retaining crystals in a third-stage temperature section; (2) dissolving the crystals obtained in the third-stage temperature section in hot desalted water under the condition of continuous stirring; (3) controlling temperature and cooling and crystallizing a solution obtained in step (2) so as to obtain purified urea which can be used for production of vehicle urea. The method provided in the invention has the advantages of a simple and high efficiency process, convenient and feasible operation, safety, environmental protection and a good popularization and application value. |
