| abstract |
The invention provides a luminescent light source, which comprises a blue-ray diode chip, a red-ray diode chip and a wavelength conversion material. The blue-ray diode chip sends out a first ray and the red-ray diode chip sends out a second ray. The ratio of the peak values of the second ray to the first ray is 0.36-0.56. The wavelength conversion material arranged at the periphery of the blue-ray diode chip or the red-ray diode chip can send out a third ray. The wavelength of the third ray is between the wavelength of the first ray and the wavelength of the second ray. |
